1. Nature of Services

NG PRIME WEALTH LLP is a Mutual Fund Distributor registered with AMFI (171412). We facilitate MF transactions and distribute Insurance products as an IRDAI licensed intermediary.

IMPORTANT: NG PRIME WEALTH LLP is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We do not provide personalised investment advice. For personalised advice consult a SEBI-registered RIA.

2. No Guaranteed Returns

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. NG PRIME WEALTH LLP does not guarantee any returns, minimum returns, or capital protection. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All projections including SIP calculator outputs are illustrative only.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs

• Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing

• Complete KYC as per AMFI/KRA norms before investing

• Report any unauthorised access immediately

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Commercial Complex.
